It’s official. This blog of church events was not kept up to date in 2012. Here’s a chance to remedy that by posting some highlights from church events this last year.
At Trinity, we like to call ourselves Christ-centered. Since this is a label often thrown around, it is necessary to define what we mean. Essentially, we are acknowledging that the primary story of the Bible is about salvation. It’s about how God saves a people unto himself. And how did God accomplish that?
This year we continued our annual tradition at Atria Tamalpais Creek senior living community with our 2011 Christmas Eve service. We again had good numbers from both the community and our church, and packed out the community’s main living room. It’s always a joy to be able to spend time with the residents, who always greet us with such a warm welcome.
Our church is a confessional church, in that we have a specific set of doctrinal beliefs that we affirm, or “confess” as a denomination. This means that you can know what our church, and others in our same denomination, generally believe with regard to the Bible’s teaching.
